Hi, I'm Marjolijn
I’ve been stuck in being ‘good and perfect’ for most of my life. As a young girl I was always helpful, sweet and easy going. But on the inside I was incredibly self-critical and insecure. For years, I beat myself up for not being good enough. I tried to meet everyone’s expectations of me, but the feeling of being flawed seemed to be glued to my chest.
Then I stumbled upon a book about the power of self-acceptance. It dawned on me that I could transform the way I thought and felt about myself. Instead of trying to fix all my ‘flaws’, I started showing up in a more loving and gentle way. Practicing self-kindness changed my life. As my inner world shifted, my external world shifted as well. Things that weren’t right for me fell away. Slowly, new things emerged: a different career, love, motherhood.
I am still learning about self-kindness every day. For me, it is the juice of life, the force that allows you to flow downstream. And, as a licensed coach and trainer, I am super excited to guide you towards more gentleness in your own life.

In our personal sessions, I hold a safe space for you to bring your inner world to the table. Not to analyse or overthink it, but to transform it by exploring the power of self-kindness. As you learn to accept and embrace yourself, you will slowly rediscover the woman you truly are. And that is a magical experience.
